Delivery and Returns

** Please note, due to covid and the festive season, some mail may take longer than normal to arrive. It is rare for parcels to go missing completely - but if your order has not arrived after two weeks, please let me know and I will raise the issue for you. Thank you for your patience! **


Orders placed before 12pm generally posted the same day, we aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail. Our paper is carefully rolled into a postal tube to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

The prices for UK delivery (up to 2kg) are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £5.75
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days) - £4.95

Please note - I do dispatch parcels quickly within 1-2 days of ordering, but cannot be held responsible for delays once they have entered the postal system. Please allow plenty of time for your delivery to arrive - or contact me for other courier/expedited options.

Paper is carefully rolled and packaged in a strong mailing tube to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

International orders currently to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are via Royal Mail tracked. The guide is 5-7 working days. However, please wait 6 weeks before reporting a problem to allow for any delays and customs checks, and within 12 weeks of your order.


We hope you will be pleased with your order from Paper Tree Nook! If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  please use the contact form to let us know. We can then arrange for you to return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty - please contact us before returning the items.
